This is very important! Please list ANY and ALL non-profit organizations with whom you OR a family member are currently involved with or have had prior experiences (positive or negative) that could make it hard for you to render an impartial judgement regarding funding. If you are unsure, still list the organization and how you are connected so that we can use our best judgement when assigning organizations to panel groups.
Which training will you attend?(Required)
All panel members are encouraged to attend a training, but ALL panel chairs are required to attend one of the trainings. The Zoom link will be emailed to you the day before the selected training date. This registration will not send you a calendar invite, so please mark your calendar after selecting one of the following:
